This Privacy Policy explains how MVS Performance ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use this website.
Information we collect
We only collect what you actively give us through the inquiry form:
- Name and, for youth soccer inquiries, parent and player names
- Email address and phone number
- Age, club, position, playing level, training experience, and goals
- Product, size, and quantity for apparel inquiries
- How you heard about us
- Any message you choose to write
We do not ask for payment card details, government identifiers, or health records through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and arrange training or services
- To provide the specific program or product you asked about
- To understand which channels bring people to us, in aggregate
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Children and youth athletes
Many of our athletes are minors. This website is directed to parents and guardians, and inquiries about a minor should be submitted by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information without parental involvement, email us and we will delete it promptly.
Service providers
A small number of third parties process data on our behalf or when you load this page:
- Formspree — receives and delivers inquiry form submissions.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site; your browser requests them from Google, which involves your IP address.
- Instagram / Meta — only if you click through to our Instagram content.
- [HOSTING PROVIDER] — hosts this website and may keep standard server logs.
Retention
We keep inquiry submissions for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our coaching relationship, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR in Europe and the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us — we will not discriminate against you for asking.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
